Editorial Board

Dr. Hesham Fathy Gadelrab: is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Kuwait University, specializing in Psychological Measurement and Statistics. He holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology from Wayne State University (WSU) in the United States, earned in 2004. He serves as the Director of the Master's Program in Psychology. Previously, he held positions as the Head of the Research and Statistical Consulting Unit at the College of Social Sciences, Director of the Research Design, Statistical Consulting, and Data Analysis Unit at Umm Al-Qura University College of Education. He also worked as a Statistical Consultant and Data Analyst at the Wayne State University Health Research Center and as an Expert Researcher and Applied Statistician at a university in Madrid. In Egypt, he served as an Internal Reviewer at the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, as a Certified Trainer at the National Center for Faculty and Leadership Development, and as a member of the Egyptian National Center for Measurement, Evaluation, and Development of Higher Education Admission Systems. He held positions as the Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation and the Executive Director at Mansoura University. He has supervised and contributed to over 50 master's and doctoral theses, chaired and participated in numerous funded research projects, and trained many professionals in various sectors on research design, statistical analysis, and the use of computer programs for data analysis. He has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Researcher Award for Humanities and Social Sciences at Kuwait University for the year 2022/2023. He has served as an editorial board member for several psychology journals and publications. He has authored numerous books, articles, and scientific research publications in both Arabic and English.
