PhD in Creed and Religions from the Faculty of Islamic Sciences - University of Algiers, Professor of Creed and Religions at the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies - Qatar University, Head of the ICESCO Chair for Dialogue of Civilizations. He also holds the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Encyclopedia of Occidentalism: the first encyclopedia in the Islamic world to monitor the West; which is produced in cooperation with reputable local and international bodies. He previously worked as assistant and associat Professor of Creed and Religions at the University of Algiers since 2001, and in 2013 he was appointed as an expert and Head of the Department of Doctrines and Cultural Diversity at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), during which he managed and implemented several projects and programs, the most important of which is Editor-in-Chief of the Encyclopedia of the Islamic World (Islamic Encyclopedia), and the Dialogue of Civilizations Program. He is a member of a number of scientific institutions, centers, international encyclopedias and academic journals. He has classified and authored 12 individual and collective books, verified and edited 17 books, and published dozens of peer-reviewed scientific research papers and articles. The most important of which are: four parts of the Encyclopedia of Occidentalism (editor-in-chief and executive director), a series of criticism of Western modernist doctrines (two books have been published), the book Analysis of the Religious Text in New Criticism Methods, Conversation in Beliefs, Occidental Thought in Contemporary Cognitive Exchange.
