Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Usul of Fiqh), Islamic Science Faculty, Saddam University of Islamic Sciences, and Doctorate in Sharia Philosophy, University of Baghdad.

Professor Agha worked as Assistant Professor at, Faculty of Shari'a and Law, Hodeidah University, Faculty of Usul Al-Deen, Balqa’ Applied University, Faculty of Shari'a and Law, The International University of Islamic Sciences, Sheikh Noah Al-Quda’a Faculty for Sharia and Law, and The World Islamic Sciences & Education University.

He is an Academic Adviser on Scientific Research Assessment and Academic Rank Awards in a number of local and international scientific institutions.

Supervised 14 doctoral theses, discussed 37 PhD & Master’s theses, besides other 15 at the universities of Kuwait, Algeria, Iraq, Damascus, and Jordan.

Editor-in-Chief of Al-Meezan Journal for Law and Islamic Studies, Mishkat Research Journal, Al-Mithqal for Economic & Administrative Sciences, and Information Technology. Editorial Board Member of the Jordan Journal of Islamic Studies, localized by Al Albayt University, and a Member of the Scientific Committee of El-Hakika (The Truth); a referred Journal issued by the University of Adrar, Algeria.

Practical Experiences Other Than Teaching:

Dean of Scientific Research, the International University of Islamic Sciences, Head of the Department of Fiqh and Usul, Sheikh Noah Al-Quda’a Faculty for Sharia and Law/ Jordan, and Head of Department of Sharia Sciences, University of Hodeidah, Yemen.

Besides presenting scientific papers, Prof Agha also participated in several conferences in Jordan, Algeria, Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, and Sudan.

Wrote 2 books and 42 papers in scientific journals, and supervised and discussed 83 doctoral and Master’s theses.
