  • Holds a PhD in Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals from King Saud University with distinction and first class honors in 2019.
  • Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from Qassim University with distinction in 2013.
  • Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals from Kuwait University with distinction in 2010.
  • Works as an Associate Professor in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence and Shari'a Policy at Kuwait University since 2020.
  • Member of several jurisprudential and economic associations, and a Shari'a board member in a number of Islamic companies.
  • Certified trainer in Islamic finance, holding several professional certificates.
  • Has scientific research published in numerous universities, including:
  • 1) Blocked funds in Islamic banks: their reality, rulings, and ways to benefit from them in confronting the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • 2) Cryotherapy: a jurisprudential and medical study.
  • 3) The punishment for false reporting: a comparative jurisprudential study with the Kuwaiti Penal Code.
  • 4) The theory of Discretionary Authority and its applications to contracts in Islamic jurisprudence and Kuwaiti civil law.
  • 5) The impact of the change of jurisprudential characterization of the letter of guarantee in Islamic banks on its ruling and actions: a jurisprudential study.
  • 6) Interest-free loan (Qard al-Hasan) versus salary transfer: its ruling and applications in Kuwaiti Islamic banks.
