Established two unique faculties at Umm al-Qura University, the Faculty of Judicial Studies and Regulations and the College of Islamic Economics and Finance, and judged at the Capitol Building Mecca.
He is a Professor at Department of the Judiciary, Collee of Sharia, Umm al-Qura University, Higher Institute of the Judiciary, and Teacher at Al-Masjid Al-Haram. Holds Master's degree in Contemporary and Modern Doctrine, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, College of Usul, Riyadh, 1409 Hijri, Master's degree, the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in 1413 Hijri, and PhD with a distinction in Comparative Fiqh, Umm Al-Qura University 1423 Hijri. Written 25 Book.
