The research’s idea is to demonstrate the role of Quranic rhetoric in revealing its nazm through Al-Tahrir w al-Tanwir which displays the correlations in a linear way. The research’s significance appears in examining al-Tahrir’s introductions and considering the surah’s purposes and correlations which are more than listing the themes and linking the verses thematically. Criticisms to Tafsirs with ignoring structure and context and revealing nothing about nazm are not totally accurate. The research’s question relates to applying Semitic Rhetoric (Ring-theory) in explaining the Qur’an’s nazm - which has shown positive results – that prompts further research into exegesis concerned with rhetoric and wonders about Arabic rhetoric’s role in showing nazm. The study aims to analyze Q 30’s purposes and correlations in al-Tahrir to understand how al-Tahir recognizes its nazm and uses rhetorical styles to link it. This study illustrates some similarities and differences between the rhetoric in Al-Tahrir and Ring-theory. It presents Cuypers’ and Bollen’s symmetrical analyses and compares the first with al-Tahrir. The method is descriptive, analytical, and deductive. In conclusion, al-Tahir considers repetition and similar words, themes, and styles as indicators of the order and signs of the beginning of a purpose and the return to it in the context. For him, the correlations are established based on rhetoric, grammar, and thematic links. They show some of the verses’ structure, particularly parallel symmetry. The researcher finds that although al-Tahir does not divide the surah into parts, the purposes and correlations in comparison with the results of Ring-theory’s division demonstrate the efficiency of Arabic rhetoric as a main tool for revealing the purposes of nazm and structure..
