The Arab Journal of Administrative Sciences (AJAS) invites scholars, practitioners, and researchers worldwide to submit their cutting-edge research for our upcoming issue. Who Should Submit?

Researchers, academics, and practitioners who are working on topics relevant to business administration and management are encouraged to contribute. We especially value highly relevant and interdisciplinary contributions and contributions that offer insights from the Arab and GCC regions and those that present global issues with regional perspectives in both the Arabic and English languages.

Types of Accepted Submissions

At AJAS, we recognize the significance of diverse methodological approaches in advancing administrative sciences. Our contributors are encouraged to employ methodologies that align with the objectives and scope of their research. This includes qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and other innovative research methodologies. We welcome a broad type of submissions including:

  1. Empirical Research: This category seeks original studies that test or develop theories through the analysis of real-world data. Accepted methodologies include both quantitative (e.g., controlled experiments, regression analysis) and qualitative approaches (e.g., case studies, grounded theory).
  2. Conceptual Research: Submissions in this category should focus on the development of theories using methods such as inductive or deductive reasoning, mathematical modeling, or system dynamics.
  3. Review Papers: These papers provide an extensive overview of recent research in a specific area, adding significant value by synthesizing findings, identifying trends, and suggesting future research directions.
  4. Tutorials: Focused on presenting and elucidating recent methodological developments. These papers are invaluable for researchers looking to apply new or complex methodologies correctly and effectively in their work.
  5. Methodology Research: Concentrated on the innovation and development of new methodologies or refining existing tools in scientific research. These papers are crucial for advancing research techniques and approaches.
  6. Perspectives: Opinion pieces or essays that shed light on specific research or scientific issues. They aim to offer novel viewpoints or reorient existing perspectives, thereby influencing the trajectory of research in the field.
  7. Replication Studies: Involved in replicating previously conducted research but with certain variations such as in theory, methodology, or data source. These studies are particularly valued for their role in validating or challenging existing knowledge, especially in the context of the Gulf and Arab regions.

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the AJAS submission guidelines, which adhere to APA style formatting. Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Please ensure your manuscript includes a structured abstract, relevant keywords, and adheres to the specified word limit.
