Strategic Innovation and its Role in Improving Human Resource Management Activities : An Practical Study on the Health Services Sector in Taif City

Strategic Innovation is a regulating entrance focusing on generating ideas in a scientific and systematic way. IUT creates a significant difference in customers’ values if it is followed systematically. Also, it renders Human Resources Management excellent source, which can improve the organization’s effectiveness by supporting polarizing, maintaining, and developing operations of human resources and organizational performance. The goal is to analyze the impact of the strategic innovation elements on improving human resource management as applied to hospitals at Al Taif City. The study sample consists of 320 workers (doctors - nursing staff- employees). The results showed that the administration at these hospitals give ample opportunity to implement strategic innovation elements and improve human resources activities, viz. choice and polarization account for 79.7%, training and development for 92.7%, performance evaluation for 75.1%, and advantages and compensation for 92.9%.
