Abstract

Using a random sample of Arab employees from private organizations operating in the State of Kuwait, the study investigates the relationships between work stressors and emotional exhaustion from an Arab cultural perspective. Furthermore, the study attempts to determine the level of work stress among the respondents. A paper and pencil questionnaire will be used to collect the data. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple response techniques, correlations analysis, non-parametric tests, and multiple regression analysis. Results will be discussed and directions for future research will be proposed.
