The Effect of Workplace Ostracism and Distributive Justice as Mediating Variables in the Relationship between Narcissism Leadership and Workplace Deviance

Aim of the paper: This study interested with determining the direct and indirect effects of narcissism leadership on workplace deviance, via workplace ostracism and distributive justice as mediating variables.
Study Design: The questionnaire was utilized to collect the data. Ordinary Least Square and Sobel test were used to analyze the relationships among variables.
Sample and Data: The data were collected by a simple random sample with a size of (291) respondents, who working in the Egyptian Fertilizers Company.
Results: The results showed that both workplace ostracism and distributive justice fully mediated the positive relationship between narcissism leadership and workplace deviance.
Conclusion: This study extends knowledge about the relationship between narcissism leadership and workplace deviance. Hence, this study sheds some light on and generates further interest in the effect of narcissism leadership on workplace environments.
